Steves Auto Clinic Complaint Handling Procedure
Steves Auto Clinic is one of the country’s largest aftermarket workshops, tuning and performance enhancement group of companies in SA, with branches situated in most of the major commercial hubs.
SAC also covers a host of tuning and performance upgrade solutions to go with their servicing and basic maintenance offerings, and with a number of vehicles going through their shops on a daily basis, it is safe to assume that the odd problem will crop up from time to time, and complaints are voiced. So should something not have gone quite as you expected, we are very proud of the fact that we resolve and correct these issues quickly and efficiently.
How does SAC deal with complaints?
We would suggest that you first contact the sales person you dealt with originally and mention your complaint to him with all the relevant facts and details. 99% of the time the issue can be resolved at this level, but should he not resolve the problem to your satisfaction or not be in a position to help you further, then we suggest you contact the SAC shop manager / owner for a resolution.
And in the very rare or extreme case that the SAC shop manager / owner is not able to help you or solve your problem, then please contact SAC Head Office and we will act as a mediating party in order to resolve the issue. But one thing is for sure, no matter how small or severe the problem, we want to know if you are unhappy in any way with the service you received when dealing with us at SAC.
