A Dynamometer is really only a tool with which a technician can measure. |
While this sounds simple it needs to be said that a technician with the aid of a Dyna can simulate any road condition for as long as is necessary with any driving style or throttle position. i.e. up a long hill, full throttle, in top gear. |
When we say a technician can measure we dont only mean power and torque, he can measure anything he wants to against real driving conditions . |

There are many engine monitoring systems available today, the question is, do they monitor what counts, and once a particularly dangerous situation is detected, what then. |
SAC offers a Safe Power engine management system which actually controls engine operating temperatures if need be or if so desired will simply warn the driver. |
The most important piece of equipment in our range is the Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge - EGT Gauge - which displays, at all times, the actual temperature of the combustion and can be preset to warn the driver if and when this temperature is in danger zone. |
A test on our chassis dyna will enable us to determine the cause of the excessive temperature and to rectify the problem immediately. |

While we are able to monitor several temperature values or pressures depending on a specific test we are able to pinpoint a problem immediately and then of course after it has been rectified we can verify that the problem has been resolved and provide a comprehensive report which indicates the before and after information. |
